Internationally recognised entertainment provider are seeking an experienced Head of Information Security to join them on a permanent basis. As one of the world's leading in their industry, with over 200 sites in eight countries across the UK and Europe. As the company grows, they are keen to expand not only their operations, but also their digital security. The Head of Information Security comes in at a pivotal point within the Groups future goals.

Reporting to the CIO, The Head of InfoSec position will help lead internal information security across multi-faceted teams, as well as managed outsourced security suppliers, ensuring a streamlined and cohesive framework.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Developing the business’s security strategy with a focus on bring together cyber security and data protection.
  • Lead the ongoing improvements across a range of projects including IAM, cloud security, data protection and more.
  • Work closely with teams across multiple sites to ensure secure system and network architecture.
  • Incident Management and Response will be an integral part to play, overseeing and refining processes making sure effective response rates are met.
  • Maintain policy compliance & risk management, ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement – working closely with senior management and broad technical teams to make sure all data protection, privacy and information security is upheld.
  • Engage with existing outsourced SIEM, SOC, and SECOPS providers to grow the best level of support.

The Right Candidate:

  • Experience in senior level Information Security role or similar; ideally Head / Director.
  • Deep knowledge in information and cyber security protocols and compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and NIST standards.
  • Experience working with a multi-site company in a customer facing industry.
  • Proven background in managing multiple outsourced security vendors.
  • Able to collaborate and effectively manager Leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable being onsite 4 days per week.
  • Full UK Right to Work – No sponsorship options available.
