Location: Wash Farm, Devon, TQ11 0JU
Hours: 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday (Core hours: 11am - 5:30pm with flexible timing)
As Production Manager, you'll lead four team managers and over 50 co-owners across two shifts at our Wash Barn site. Reporting to the Production Director, your focus will include warehousing, goods in, and returns and recycling. You'll balance daily priorities and long-term projects, ensuring optimal people, product, and process alignment to meet business standards. Deliver high-quality products consistently by enhancing team expertise and reducing supply chain issues.
A seasoned manager with experience leading 50+ people in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This can be either in manufacturing or warehousing.
Skilled in coaching, performance management, and financial oversight.
