Under the umbrella of the GeraNova Bruckmann publishing house, we publish around 40 magazines and specials as well as over 500 book novelties per year and operate high-reach websites, social media channels and editorial newsletters.
IT supporter / system administrator (m/f/d)
On-site IT support and contact person (1st level) for colleagues in the event of faults and queries
Installation, configuration, commissioning and support of hardware and software
Network and system administration and monitoring of existing IT systems (PCs, Macs, network, printers) to ensure operability at our Munich site
Coordination of activities with external IT service providers
Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
Ability to work in a team, communication skills and strong service orientation
Very good written and spoken German (level C1)
