TeacherActive is looking for two Residential Support Workers to join our amazing supply team in Sheffield

The role will include supporting and caring for 16-25-year-olds who have Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Mental Health difficulties. Students live in houses in and around Sheffield, with their peers and staff. The goal is to develop their independent living skills and participate fully in the running of the household, including meal planning, shopping, social activities, and household tasks. The ideal Residential Support Worker will need to:

Have previous experience within a Residential Support Work environment
Be a patient and caring approach when providing all aspects of care
Be flexible and adaptable
There is a range of shifts including AM (8:00 am-4:00 pm), PM (3:30 pm-10:00 pm), and night shifts (9:30 pm-8:30 am). This is a flexible position depending on worker availability.
