As we scale our Compliance Ai product, we are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join us as a consultant and help shape the future of how OH is delivered across the NHS. What you will do Advise our product and engineering teams on real-world Occupational Health workflows Help us translate day-to-day clinical processes into a clean digital product that removes admin and reduces delays Validate our clinical logic, documentation flows, referral pathways and risk-assessment modules Sense-check our AI-powered compliance engine to ensure accuracy and clinical safety Provide insight on how OH teams operate across Trusts (size, structure, pressures, bottlenecks) Join user-testing sessions and help define what “excellent” looks like for OH delivery Who you are A registered Occupational Health Nurse with NHS experience Strong understanding of fitness-to-work assessments, immunisations, sharps/BBV management, and clinical record-keeping Someone who wants to influence how technology is built rather than just use it Comfortable giving direct feedback and challenging assumptions Interested in how AI and automation can remove administrative burden and speed up safe decision-making Why join us Influence a product already being adopted across the NHS Work directly with founders, engineers and clinical governance leads Flexible consulting arrangement (remote + asynchronous) Competitive day rate Opportunity to shape a national-level product used by Trusts, ICSs and large workforce organisations If you’re an OH professional who wants to help fix the admin burden that slows down clinical decision-making, we’d love to speak.
