Bioworld is focussed and committed to leading edge design, quality and customer service. Merchandiser - The Role
Responsible for the operational management of customer account(s)
Point of contact for Sales and Customers on all operational issues
Maintaining current customer manuals, testing protocols – sharing with concerned departments
Maintaining current customer packaging requirements - sharing with concerned departments
Maintaining current customer Ways of Working document per account
Collection, checking of documents needed for order raising
Liaising with in-country merchandisers with regards to Critical Path order follow up and providing updated Critical Paths to customer
Analyse reports, identify production issues and potential delays - assisting in problem solving, communication with customers with the support from Sales where needed
Supporting Sales with admin tasks related to customer presentations, reports, interdepartmental handovers, etc
Investigating and planning of corrective action plans for customer chargebacks/fines & follow through with concerned departments
Previous experience in garment: physical and chemical testing
Familiar with Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
