Extensive Benefits We're working alongside a regional firm, looking for a Legal Archivist to join our client’s business support team Office based in either Southampton or Hedge End, you will be an integral part of the core business support team that facilitates the day to day, behind the scenes work, allowing the firm to function smoothly. Complete all file archiving processes.
Excellent working knowledge of archiving systems & how to process requests for file returns.
Ensure all filing systems are well organised and comply with office procedures.
Observe confidentiality in all matters both internal and external and maintain an awareness of the need for data protection.

Previous administration/archiving/records/document experience preferred.
Driving Licence and own car required and you will be required to occasionally visit my clients other offices around across Hampshire.
