They are looking for a Legal Trainer to work in their office in Edgbaston, to take a leading role in training, coaching, and mentoring all staff up to fee earner level. Establish an ongoing training program for current staff, tailored to identified needs and recent legal developments
Conduct regular training sessions for all staff on the in-house Case Management System
Support induction training and play a key role in the employee onboarding process, ensuring effective communication, resources, and training measures are in place to enhance the performance of new hires
Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions with trainees to develop skills in specific focus areas
Participate in departmental meetings as required to gather insights into business and user needs, with a focus on system improvements and training requirements
Develop, design and update training materials to effectively reinforce and integrate learning and create and design training content for the learning management system and blended learning programs

Experienced in tailoring training programs to suit varying levels of trainees
