Lead DFT Engineer

My client is a deep-tech electronics company that produces advanced solutions combining mechanical, optical and software. Their products have already been used worldwide and are looking to expand further.
They've grown by more than 11% in the last 6 months.
Recent commercial success means they're looking to continue to scale production and they're looking for a DFT Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scan insertion, BIST, MBIST insertion, ATPG, IP tests and pattern validation.
- Define DFT architecture.
- Develop test-benches and test plans.
- Train and mentor other engineers.
Requirements:
- Strong IC design and verification skills, and relevant knowledge.
- Experience with EDA tools.
- MBIST expert.
- ATPG/scan insertion expert.
The salary for this role is flexible depending on experience, but up to around £100,000
