Care Worker/Care Assistant

Job Description As a Care Worker with CrossReach, you'll provide care that helps older people live with dignity, comfort and joy. Acting as a key worker and helping to shape and review care plans * Supporting with personal care and daily routines with respect and kindness * Promoting wellbeing through physical, social and mental activities * Ideally, you'll hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or be willing to work towards it with our support. You'll also have basic computer skills for learning and record keeping, be registered with the SSSC and part of the PVG Scheme. You'll be comfortable working within and upholding our Christian ethos.
