We are looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager – Special Foundation Construction (m/f/x) for our location Ausland. Your Tasks Effective leadership and management of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) practices within BAUER Technologies and its UK-wide special foundation construction projects Assist the project teams and management in the preparation of safe systems of work, quality and management documents for the project to ensure legislative compliance Conduct regular safety, environmental and quality site inspections ensuring corrective actions are tracked and completed Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, liaise with external agencies (as required) Ensure implementation of corrective actions and share lessons learnt with the wider BAUER Group and UK piling industry through the Federation of Piling Specialists Maintain HSEQ data and external submittals for the business including trend analysis in line with the businesses KPIs, accident and incidents, audit and submitted observations Your Profile University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field of studies Professional experience as HSE Manager, HSE Officer or similar role within the UK market; experience in the special foundation business a big plus In-depth knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations Completed HSE related certificates, such as NEBOSH Diploma, ISO Internal Auditor Training, Member of IOSH and IEMA or similar Excellent IT skills in Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel We Offer You Pension, salary sacrifice and annual bonus scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays + 5 days unpaid leave for extra time off Regular and private healthcare cover Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Long service award after 5 years (includes extra holiday) Regular funded company events and team activities Your Contact Person Alexander Huber, +49(8252)97-1636
