I am working with a leading FM service provider who are on the lookout for a permanent, foot mobile electrical maintenance engineer to join their team on a mobile commercial contract in London. This role will be looking after a portfolio of commercial office spaces across multiple sites in London by foot. £39,000 salary Commercial portfolio based across multiple, central London locations Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm) + plenty weekend over time available Travel card paid for across zones 1 - 6 Great career progression Duties: Reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant systems Auditing Fire Alarm Testing Sprinkler Testing Emergency Light Testing Power Distribution Electrical Fault Finding PAT Testing Pumps Motors AHUs FCUs Boilers Cooling Towers Chillers Plumbing - Flushing & Drainage Basic Fabric Tasks Requirements: Building services maintenance experience in commercial offices, hotels or hospitals Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance Strong communication skills C&G Pts. 2 or 3, or equivalent. 17th or 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation Abiltity to work independently or part of a team If you're looking for the next step in your career or to carry on leading a team, then apply
