Computer Scientist / ITSM Process Manager Change and Release Management

As an ITSM process manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing the group-wide ITSM processes (change and release management).
You create concepts for new or optimized process alignment to ensure optimal technical support and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
You will also be responsible for project management. This includes managing projects, developing concepts and coordinating and implementing specifications.
You will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports and key figures for management.
You will also be responsible for cross-functional consulting for key performers in IT and all areas of the company.
You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and ITIL certification. In addition, you have already gained experience in project management and obtained a corresponding certification.
You have several years of expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes.
As a process manager with a focus on change and release management, you will be responsible for setting up and continuously developing IT service management processes. You will optimize them in line with enercity's business requirements and make any necessary adjustments.
