We seek a highly skilled and motivated Head of Faculty with proven classroom and leadership ability to lead our Scripture and Christian Studies Year 7-13 programme. Essential attributes include an understanding of the philosophy of Christian Education and the ability to translate it into practice in the classroom, playground, office and staffroom as well as a sound understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum , assessment practices and being able to model and coach others towards effective teaching practice in a Christian school.
We are a Y1–13 co-educational state-integrated Christian school with an International College. Applicants must demonstrate a willingness and ability to uphold the special Christian character of the school as a condition of appointment; are expected to be culturally responsive in their teaching practice; and involved in our extensive extracurricular programme.
