We are seeking to recruit qualified Electrical Team Leaders into our growing team based in Lincolnshire. We specialise in the very best energy-efficient commercial and industrial LED lighting solutions on the market. With a highly motivated team, we help businesses nationwide become more sustainable, reducing their carbon footprint by saving on energy and lighting running costs. About you and the role You will be working around the UK installing industrial and commercial lighting systems for leading brands such as McCains, Bosch, Caterpillar Inc, Panasonic, and Currys. You will be responsible for all allocated projects, onsite communications between CEMA and the customer and daily task planning and coordinating your team. You will regularly communicate with the External Installations Manager with progress updates and to seek any guidance or support if required to complete documents and complete installations efficiently You will be a self-motivated individual who can motivate and coach others working with you You must be happy to work away from home You must be able to work in a team and sometimes alone Full time, permanent position Working Monday to Friday Be happy to commute the Market Rasen area on Mondays and Fridays What we are looking for Experience as a qualified electrician Level 3 NVQ Diploma in the Installing of electrotechnical systems or equivalent 18th Edition 2391 test and inspect preferred but not essential ECS, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, and other additional training relevant for this position an advantage Willingness to work nationwide Interested? click apply now
