Position: SHEQ Manager Location: Sizewell, Suffolk Contract: Full Time, Permanent (37.5-hour week) Salary: £55K - £65K depending on experience, plus benefits package Industry: Nuclear PRS Engineering has engaged with a new client and global leader in Energy & Technical services, helping their clients achieve net zero goals with innovative solutions. Due to team expansive with we seeking a safety professional with a background in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety to join an exciting business. Ideally you will have an industrial background working within highly regulated environments such as Energy, Renewable’s, Oil & Gas, Mining etc. We’re looking for a dedicated safety professional to lead on-site health, safety, and environmental practices at one of the UK’s most important energy facilities. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a high-profile environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee industrial safety and environmental systems on site Lead daily meetings with our end client Conduct site inspections to ensure teams are adhering to safety standards Maintain and enforce the highest safety and compliance levels Promote a strong SHEQ culture and drive quality assurance Build and manage stakeholder relationships effectively Provide line management to the Subcontractor Manager About You You’re an organised, safety-focused professional with proven experience in high-risk or COMAH-regulated environments. You’re confident in driving standards, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring full compliance. Essential Requirements: NEBOSH General Certificate (Level 6) National Diploma ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training Experience in high-safety risk environments or COMAH sites Strong knowledge of H&S management systems and compliance Clear communicator across all levels Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Understanding of technical or facilities management disciplines
