Managing the service requirements of a number of key accounts across the East Midlands in supply of material handling equipment maintenance
· Working side by side with the Key Account Managers and the Regional Service Managers to ensure upkeep of customers’ service requirements
· Maintaining existing accounts and developing them where possible
· Attending numerous conferences and networking events
The company are ideally looking for an individual with experience of service management and overseeing accounts within the Material Handling industry. The company will also be open to candidates in similar roles within a closely related industry such as commercial vehicles, plant hire or similar. It is vital that you have had exposure to managing large customer accounts and are able to work autonomously. You will need to hold a full, clean driver’s license.
Competitive salary dependent on experience (Up to £50,000 depending on experience)
· Annual bonus - up to 10% of basic salary
· Company Car
· 25 days holiday + statutory
· Hybrid working
The company are an international manufacturer of forklift trucks, thus operating in the material handling industry. Part of a wider group, they’re also involved in supplying various other types of warehouse equipment and are one the most well known brands within the material sector, being a true market leader. Having obtained consistent growth for the last 30 years, they’re expecting this to continue and are therefore looking to bring new on a new Key Account Service Manager to assist with the development of their large accounts
