Brighton Head Office Internal Applications Only
T. and Continuous Improvement teams to streamline admissions and business processes in alignment with technology improvements. This will support the business to reach the optimal costed operating model and reduce inefficiencies, errors and resource-draining activities in current business processes. This will also ensure that resources invested in technology improvements result in the intended value and do not negatively disrupt operations from a compliance and regulatory point of view.
Work with CIRM and Product to scope improvements to cross-functional business processes, alongside documenting requirements to support these new processes, including but not limited to process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support the rollout of process and technology change via the knowledge, training and development team, to ensure the business is ready to adopt improved processes and procedures.
Perform UAT and validate the end user process of new functionality rolled out.
Perform Salesforce reporting and scope data team requests to deliver reports to monitor the success of new functionalities rolled out.
Either an undergraduate degree in business, technology or a related subject; or relevant experience working with technology and business transformation teams.
Project management qualification or relevant experience working within cross-functional project teams.
Exposure to using JIRA and Confluence project management software.
Experience using Salesforce.
Experience running UAT and handing over requirements for operational readiness.
