Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Engineer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and enhancement of the fabric of our commercial site. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric elements including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and roofs.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Coordinate with other maintenance and engineering teams to facilitate comprehensive site upkeep.

* Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance, repair techniques, and materials.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction, maintenance, or a related field are desirable.

* Competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum.

* Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
