Your responsibilities as Forklift Driver can include:

  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Move raw materials to production areas and transport finished products to storage or shipping areas.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure forklifts are in safe working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of material movements using inventory management systems.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
This role is offered on a Temp to Perm basis and has three shift patterns, consisting of 6am-2pm (early), 2pm-10pm (evening) and 10pm-6am (night). With this, each shift pattern has slightly different pay. To excel in this Forklift Driver position, you will need:
  • Counter Balance license needed
  • Valid forklift operator certification
  • Experience with side loader (Desired)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Good physical condition
