Focused on delivering an enhanced offering for holiday makers and owners involving outdoor and indoor experiences ranging from high ropes, zip wires, Segway, swimming, pottery, painting and much, much more
Managing, organising, controlling and supervising efficiently the Leisure and Activities and departments
Ensure delivery of the financial targets of the departments P&L and company guest experience KPI's.
Recruiting, retaining, motivating, training and consistently developing the department heads along with their direct reports
A key focus area is agreeing, with department managers, their business plans and performance targets and monitoring these to take the necessary corrective action.
Ensuring the safety of customers and team members and security of all activities and leisure equipment, chemicals, plant room and pools.
Experience of planning and organising projects.
Have previous experience of successfully delivering an Activities and Leisure programme.
