Employee Health & Wellbeing (EHW) Advisor
Part-time | 24 hours per week
As our Employee Health & Wellbeing (EHW) Advisor, you’ll help deliver KP Snacks’ health and wellbeing agenda through occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance and targeted health promotion activities.
This role will mainly cover our Ashby, Hellaby and Pontefract sites, with travel to other sites as needed. You’ll collaborate with HR, Health & Safety and senior leaders to shape initiatives that keep our colleagues healthy, safe and supported.

Deliver occupational health services including case management, health surveillance and wellbeing initiatives
Analyse data and trends to develop health initiatives aligned with Government guidance and business needs
Support Employee Relations and business change through effective consultation and communication
Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety and senior leaders to review and maintain EHW policies and processes
