The primary purpose of this role to conduct retrofit assessments to industry standards, alongside technically surveying

vulnerable, we place great emphasis on accessing funding streams that enables us to provide a reduced or no cost solution. As a retrofit assessor your key roles are to: • Conduct retrofit assessments to an industry acceptable standard. • Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner. • Liaise with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable. • Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key. Essential Qualified Retrofit Assessor with certification (Essential) Full UK Driving License (Essential) Previous experience working with building fabric. The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
