Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring every task is completed on time and milestones are met.
Utilise Planit’s vast network to source, communicate with, and manage event suppliers transparently, avoiding the typical 'murky markups' of the industry.
Lead the creation and distribution of comprehensive event briefing documents.
Ensure event health and safety, including the preparation of Risk Assessment Method Statements, Event Plans, and Emergency Procedures.
Oversee and coordinate all staff, subcontractors, and participants to ensure seamless event execution that reflects our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Work with clients to create engaging, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Book travel and accommodation at competitive rates when needed.
Handle financial administration, including payments, invoicing, and income collection, with a focus on transparency and fairness.
Manage work placement students, ensuring they gain valuable experience in an inclusive and supportive environment.
Support Business Development efforts to promote and market Planit, challenging the status quo of traditional event models.
Contribute to Planit’s mission of delivering high-quality, inclusive events that connect with business outcomes.
Deliver proposals and pitches to clients that showcase our ability to provide exclusive events and inclusive experiences.
Follow up on prospects, sales leads, and event inquiries, maintaining accurate records and effective diary management.
Represent Planit at conferences and exhibitions, driving business development activities that align with our mission.

Team Management

Drive excellent customer service standards, aligned with Planit’s values and ethos of personalised, boutique service.
Ensure staff are effectively trained on health and safety procedures, with a focus on wellbeing and inclusivity.
Oversee staffing schedules and task assignments to ensure smooth event delivery, providing the flexibility to meet specific client needs.
Brief your events team thoroughly, ensuring an even distribution of workload and clear understanding of our mission.
Mentor junior team members, helping them build their skills and nurture strong, inclusive client relationships.

Work alongside the Founder to manage projects, create detailed project plans, and ensure they reflect our commitment to inclusivity and transparency.

Proven experience in financial management, including transparent budgets and expenditure.
Skilled negotiator, with a commitment to fair and transparent dealings with subcontractors.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
