Home Manager Cornwallis Court, “Rated OUTSTANDING by CQC”, 95% of services are either Outstanding or Good

· 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some requirement to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on occasion

You will have the responsibility and autonomy for the full delivery of your Care Home’s operations with the support of a strong regional team and support service functions. You will be able to make the most of our resources and build on our reputation for quality, ensuring the Home is fully compliant in all areas including care; staffing and regulatory requirements.

You will be able to build relationships easily with staff, residents, relatives, volunteers and other stakeholders and will be able to use your knowledge of the care sector to deliver excellence.  The Home Manager will work alongside our Development team on the delivery of a two phased project for a new 64 bedded care home.

Located in the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk, Cornwallis Court is a short walk from bus and train services. There is free parking on site. 
 
Cornwallis Court is embarking on an exciting two phased project for a new 64 bedded care home on the site of the existing home and will be able to support residents with nursing, dementia and residential needs in an environment designed to meet their needs.
