A meticulous approach to managing and processing policy adjustments, renewals, and new business inquiries. Competency in navigating and utilising industry-specific software, alongside a strong aptitude for learning new systems. A commitment to professional development, evidenced by progress towards or completion of CII qualifications (or equivalent). The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 12 months within a comparable role specifically within commercial Insurance. In addition, you will demonstrate a natural ability to build genuine rapport with existing and new clients, with a meticulous work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
