Role Description

This is a flexible hours full time remote role for an Employment Solicitor. The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for contacting clients, providing legal advice on employment law matters, settlement agreements, and drafting advice/legal documents and contracts. The role also involves conducting legal research, staying updated on employment law developments, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in employment law and litigation
  • Knowledge of UK employment law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Law degree and relevant professional qualifications
  • Experience in dealing with high value claims and senior employees is preferable but not essential.
