Primary Purpose: The Allocator is responsible for allocation and replenishment activity for Coach and Kate Spade Marketplace across Europe. Reporting to the Manager of Inventory Management, the Allocator will partner with Buying, Inventory Management, Warehouse teams to plan and execute accurate stock allocations based on the needs of the business and stores.
Partner with the Marketplace team to execute inventory strategies for external marketplace partners
Manage the effective distribution of stock to Marketplace partners and ensure target store stock levels are maintained
Analyse sales performance and inventory to optimize replenishment. Provide weekly sales and inventory reports to the business & ad hoc reports as required
Partner with Inventory management to develop minimum stock holding levels at the SKU level (style/size/colour) to meet sales plans and target W.Partner with the 3PL and customer service teams to plan and execute allocations and deliveries
Review style and category performance and provide suggestions for the replenishment and movement of stock
Previous experience/knowledge of product allocation, planning or merchandising
Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.)
Previous experience working with Marketplace partners
