We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst Consultant to join our permanent team, collaborating with us to unlock the opportunities to drive them forward.
In this role, you will:
- Develop trust-based relationships;
- Navigate various environments and politics skilfully;
- Simplify and convey complex information effectively;
- Employ empathy to understand, translate, rationalise and challenge stakeholder needs

We're searching for people who embody:
- A passion for business analysis across diverse methodologies
- Strategic insight into business problems and a knack for designing innovative and tried and tested solutions;
- Proficiency in understanding stakeholder influence and leveraging it to drive results.
The experience we need.
We’re looking for people who have:
- Experience as a Business Analyst essential
- Experience as a consultant or able to demonstrate they have worked in a consultative way;
- Proficiency in eliciting requirements, business process mapping, gap and risk analysis, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating workshops and meetings;
- Familiarity with navigating different project methodologies.
