About the Role

As a Legal Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions to our clients, assisting them with all stages of legal tech implementation. You’ll gain experience across a broad spectrum of projects, with a wide variety of goals. HighQ experience is key to the role, and will be the major focus of day-to-day work, however document automation support and other LegalTech project work will also feature.

  • Working Hours: the role can be either 28 or 35 hours per week, UK business hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions using HighQ (minimum 2 years of experience required).
  • Support document automation projects, using platforms such as Contract Express.
  • Work with clients to scope, map and design appropriate solutions, to include the integration and implementation of legal technology
  • Support our senior team members with projects and deliverables.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HighQ .
  • High degree of experience with Word and Excel .
  • Familiarity with legal tech implementation processes.
  • At least 3 years within a law firm, corporate legal department or consultancy in a tech delivery role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in either law or technology.

Desirable:

  • Coding skills or interest in learning (HTML/JavaScript/CSS, Python).
  • Experience with Power Automate .
  • Experience with Contract Express or similar document automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
