Outstanding opportunity to join this global enterprise and famous brand within the ‘magic circle’ of the legal sector. This role offers the opportunity to join a brand new D365 development team as a Functional Consultant / Technical Business Analyst, capturing business requirements and translating these into functional specifications for your developer colleagues.

Specifically, you’ll be delivering a portfolio of global Dynamics CRM solutions across the Customer Service and Sales Enterprise modules within a Peppermint, PaaS and Azure environment.

You’ll require the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive requirements capturing / technical business analysis experience
  • Subject matter expertise in D365 CRM Customer Service and Sales Enterprise modules
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Very strong documentation skills particularly regarding functional requirements
  • Experience with CRM systems integration, data migration and testing methodologies
  • Experience deploying D365 CRM solutions in global organisations
  • Any exposure to Peppermint or other solution layers highly beneficial
  • Experience of best practices in regulated environments
  • Domain experience within the legal sector or other professional service environments
  • Willing to work in office 3 days out of 10 (70% remote)

£65k-£71k + bonus + benefits. London & 70% remote. 24 month fixed term contract
