Graduate Engineer/ Electronics Engineer

My market leading client has a superb new opportunity for an experienced Electronics Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
This role offers flexible hybrid working but candidates must be able to work on-site either near Birmingham or Salford when required.

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in designing high speed electronics, with sound technical knowledge of: running high speed serial links to USB 3; ethernet switches; and DDR memory (at any speed).

Day to day you will be working on schematic design of complex systems which include, 6 FPGAs (Xilinx), 2 processors, 18 DSPS and several ethernet switches. The role is mainly digital focused but if but analogue experience will of be of obvious benefit.

The client uses Altium but they don't mind what package you have used in your background as they feel this is trainable.

The client doesn’t mind what industry background you are from however typically they find those working on either radar, defence or similar will find their experience translates well.

Salary ~£75,000 dependent on experience.
