07:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. Saturdays 09:30-16:30 + day in lieu 40 hours per week including Saturdays (no Sundays) Your Mission: A fabulous family run business with traditional values, seeking to recruit an outstanding Yard Operative for their prestigious site in Towcester. Your mission if you choose to accept it - To play a pivotal role in supporting the team with general yard duties along with dealing with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities: Working alongside the Yard Supervisor to ensure standards are adhered to Assisting all customers in the yard and loading customer vehicles Picking customer orders in a timely manner Merchandising stock and ensuring products are kept tidy and stored safely Taking telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally and efficiently Adhering to health & safety policies and quality standards Safeguarding against loss and theft of stock by being security conscious at all times Supporting with incoming deliveries, making sure stock in the yard & warehouse is put away correctly and kept tidy in line with Health & Safety guidelines Over the counter sales enquiries Processing customer orders Assisting Office staff with general duties such as stock and sales enquiries General yard duties and housekeeping The Ideal Candidate Profile: Yard experience preferably Full UK Driving License preferably FLT experience preferably Good communication and customer service skills Flexible and adaptable A positive attitude Benefits Package: Bonus Scheme Company Pension Gym Membership On-site Parking 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Generous employee discounts On-site Training Company uniform and PPE are provided. #Yard operative #warehouse operative #towcester #forklift #customer service
