Management Accountant – Grimsby – Competitive Salary Chase & Holland have the exciting opportunity to be exclusively partnering with a PE backed, fast-paced logistics and distribution business based in Grimsby, who are looking to recruit an experienced and results driven Management Accountant for a newly created role due to business growth. You will receive: Competitive salary and benefits package The real opportunity to grow with the business You will be part of a great team who are passionate to grow the business further and have the opportunity to make a real impactReporting into the Finance Director, the role will include (but not be limited to): Responsible for multi-site management accounts reporting and MI Reporting Review and prepare group management and financial reporting including preparation of information for the board pack Business partner the Site Managers to support them in driving efficiencies Producing financial and MI reporting to support with strategic decision making and various upcoming projects including tender negotiations and potential acquisitions Assist with reviewing and developing the management accounts reporting pack and MI reporting to improve awareness Continuous improvement mentality. A natural passion for developing systems, controls and processes to support with updated regulations and business growth Budget and cost control management including liaising with various stakeholders to drive efficiencies Cashflow and bank reporting Fixed asset management and stock reporting Supporting with the management of the busy transactional accounts teamThe ideal candidate will be: ACCA/ CIMA Qualified, later stages PQ or Qualified By Experience A credible, results driven individual who has a continuous improvement mentality IT literate including strong excel and ERP systems experience Commercially astute Management Accountant with a proven track record A service focused individual, who is a problem solver and driven to add value Analytical approach and confident to use your own initiative Ability to turn complex data into an understandable form Ability to thrive in a team and build strong working relationshipsIf you are interested in this Management Accountant role, please apply now Chase and Holland acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
