A specialist e-commerce solutions company, based in Exeter, is seeking a Product Documentation Writer to help deliver clear and effective product documentation.

The role offers a hybrid working model; 3 days a week in the office, Monday – Friday 9-5:30.

Collaborate closely with the UX and development teams to ensure documentation aligns with product design and user experience.
Liaise with the training coordinator and marketing team to accurately describe products in the client-facing Knowledge Base, sales materials, and tender responses.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in technical writing or product documentation.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, user-friendly content.
Experience in writing sales-oriented product descriptions.
Familiarity with documentation tools and software.
