Job Description:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce Medical devices
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer, Setter, Operator in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Experience: Essential: Strong Knowledge and ability of programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines. Knowledge and experience of programming with Licom Alpha cam or equivalent software package. Knowledge of Solid works or equivalent CAD software. Good communication skills with management and team members. Knowledge and experience of improving machining processes and dealing with tool suppliers. Final or in-line inspection experience. Knowledge and experience of 3 to 5 Axis CNC Milling machines.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Able to use a wide variety of measuring and inspection equipment.
Desirable: Knowledge and experience of Fanuc control machines. Knowledge of program data base management software such as Cimco or equivalent. Knowledge and experience of Fadal CNC Milling Machines. Knowledge and experience of Dugard X5 320 5 axis milling machine. • Experienced in work holding methods. Education and qualifications: Essential: Salary & Benefits:
