The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in London's Canary Wharf. As a pivotal part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients by providing first-rate service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line customer support, answering queries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative with at least 2-3 years of.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field is preferred.
