Implement behaviour support plans and personalised strategies, working alongside teachers and SEN staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
Act as a positive role model, promoting social skills, resilience, and self-regulation to help pupils manage their behaviours and succeed in school.
Experience working with children with challenging behaviours or special educational needs, such as ASD .
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
A proactive and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting students' personal and academic growth.
Make a real difference in students' lives by helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their goals.
