Are you a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading provider of luxury retirement living, is looking for a Registered Home Manager to join their team in Witney. You'll be entrusted with a significant responsibility, leading a team to provide the highest quality of care to their residents.

This role offers an attractive salary of up to £84,000, including a 20% bonus guaranteed for the first 6 months and a £5,000 welcome bonus. Leading the team to ensure safe and effective care for residents
Ensuring all units comply with CQC standards
Working with senior professionals to strengthen clinical practice and resident care
Developing strong relationships with LAs, CQC, and Primary Care Trust commissionersPackage and Benefits:

Experience managing and developing a care setting
