Our client are seeking and experienced Electrical Site Manager to work in a direct client facing role on one of their major client sites.
This is a very busy company and client where relationships are strong and the work is good quality with longevity.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Site Manager include:
- Organising and instructing your team and workforce to allocated jobs
- Client facing position working directly with the management team for the client
- Resolving any breakdowns, problems and noncompliance issues
- Working with site equipment and tools, ensuring PPE is worn as required
- Adhering to method statements and methods
- Allocation of workloads on daily/weekly planned schedule
- Works to a given pattern with standards and work methods defined.
- Monitoring staff performance, appraisals, disciplinary and grievances.
- Taking responsibility for deliveries and onboarding of new staff
- Monitoring and ensuring stock levels of materials and supplies are in place
- Vast experience and knowledge of industrial electrical installations, automation and controls.
- Work experience and knowledge of electrical contracting industry
The successful Site Manager will have
- Qualifications, experience and sound knowledge within the electrical industry
- Good IT skills and can use outook and excel
- Understanding and working to safe procedure, practices and policies especially H&S
- Have a thorough working knowledge of the National Working Rules for the Electrical contracting industry
