Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor (Chinook)

The client has maintained the UKs Chinook fleet for over 40 years, under various contracts including the Through Life Customer Support (TLCS) contract, the Digital Automatic Flight Control System (DAFCS) upgrade programme, and the Chinook Engine Support Arrangement (CESA). Lead the assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems, overseeing component change, removal, replacement, or upgrade to correct failures or implement changes.
Direct troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
Oversee validation/verification testing of systems and components.
Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Lead and supervise others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle.
Provide training and mentorship to others. Extensive experience working on Military Aircraft, preferably with familiarity with the Chinook specifications and drawings.
Experience supervising a team of aircraft technicians.
Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not attempt to obtain immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants.
