We're looking for an In-House Lead Designer with expertise in design research to join the ambitious team at Reckitt. Immerse yourself in a vibrant role where your investigative design skills will shape our global brand and enhance user experiences. Design Execution: Lead and execute design projects, ensuring that outputs are visually compelling, align with the brand guidelines, and meet project objectives.
Project Ownership: Take ownership of design projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior designers and interns, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and continuous improvement.
Regularly research and stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring the brand remains fresh and relevant.
Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating designs accordingly.
Demonstrable experience in design, with a leadership background in a corporate or agency setting.
Track record with global brands, skilled in catering to a diverse array of markets and consumers.
A portfolio that speaks volumes of your design expertise, creative flair, and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven capacity for leadership, inspiring and fostering the development of a design team.
Proficiency with leading-edge design software and familiarity with current industry trends.
Brand Strategy, Presentation skills, Drive Innovation, Storytelling, Creativity, Digital Marketing, Commercial acumen, Collaboration, FMCG/Consumer Health Experience, Brand Management, Category Strategy.
