Role: Support Co-ordinator

92 per annum plus Essential Car User Allowance £1,350 per annum
Contract: Permanent
We are looking to recruit a Specialist Support Coordinator to join our Specialist Support Team to support customers with additional needs to maintain their tenancies. To set up customer support package for customers to help support in maintaining their tenancies.
Working with customers with mental health needs that require support.
Signpost to a range of support services following an assessment on the needs of the household.
To evidence the impact of support for customers.
Pro-actively identifying support needs to vulnerable clients and refer to specialist officer or agencies when required.
You will have a passion for helping people and the ability to stay calm in a crisis.
You will be able to assess and make sound judgement relating to a persons needs and support requirements.
You will have experience in working with Mental Health Services and Adults with specialist support needs.
You will understand legal requirements of the role including, but not restricted to confidentiality and data handling.
Full driving licence is required.
