As an Account Manager at our client's organization, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies that align with clients' goals and business objectives.

Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, contributing to overall company revenue targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client needs and deliver solutions.

Maintain accurate records of client activities and progress in CRM systems, ensuring transparent communication with internal stakeholders.

Experience: 2-3 years in an account management or customer success role, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
