We are currently recruiting an experienced senior payroll administrator with excellent data entry and customer service skills. (Previous payroll experience essential).
The role is to work within the payroll team with the joint responsibility for processing weekly and monthly payments to over 2000 workers, consisting of approximately 800 PAYE, 150 CIS and 1,150 Ltd Company and Umbrella workers. To ensure the Payroll service is delivered accurately, timely and professionally. Supporting the payroll manager & payroll team, with the day-to-day processes of a fast-paced weekly payroll
Assisting with training & development of the payroll team
Accurate and timely timesheet entry with data from a variety of sources and in varying formats
Ownership of payroll queries from PAYE workers, Ltd Companies, Umbrella companies and CIS Workers
Excellent, proven, high volume data entry and customer services skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work across multiple programs.
