The ideal Nursery Manager candidate will manage, mentor and support other members of the nursery staff team and ensure that the physical, emotional, social and intellectual education and care provided to children in the nursery is of the highest standard. Main duties and responsibilities Ensure full compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage. To work with the directors in developing and keeping under review a curriculum, programme of activities and policies which will ensure that the education and care are of the highest standard and which, where appropriate, will deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage To be familiar with and ensure that the nursery policies, curriculum and programme are put into practice.
