You will provide support to the IT Hardware and Software Asset Manager in all areas of IT asset administration
We ask that you have administration, organisational and customer service skills to help ensure client IT Hardware & Software Assets are allocated observing our agreements and policies.
Manage the requests for access to software applications from Approval stage to gaining customer satisfaction to allow request closure.
* Raise PO requests for software and hardware.
* Assist with gathering data and carrying out actions to ensure compliance.
* Produce monthly statistics using a variety of data
* Ensure the software catalogue is up to date.
Microsoft Office 365 skills
* Familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes.
* Familiarity with Service Now & Intune.
