Your role is to demonstrate value and present solutions to new and existing businesses through close alignment with the territory account managers. Bachelor’s d egree or international equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (P referred ) .
Analytical and creative thinking .
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite .
A full, clean driving license (for at least two years ).
Willingness to travel .
Facilitates meetings with customers and solution experts to address project implementation challenges and modifications and demonstrate solution functionality, solicit feedback, and address questions.
Maintains customer relationships to ensure solutions meet customers’ needs and expectations.
Documents and reports account activity and project events on Salesforce (e.g., customer visits and phone calls, training, etc.) to ensure account team members are informed of customer activity.
Conducts formal and information training (i.e., technology solutions) to ensure the sales force remains current with UPS solutions and enhancements.
Registers customers for products and delivers product training to ensure customers have the education and information to effectively use UPS's products.
