Sales Training: Lead the charge in delivering comprehensive and engaging sales training sessions for our field based BDM’s, equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
Individualised Coaching: Provide personalised coaching and mentorship, offering tailored feedback and support to help employees reach their full potential and exceed performance targets.
Field Support: Hit the road with our BDM’s 2/3 days a week, offering hands-on guidance, observing customer interactions, and providing real-time feedback to enhance sales effectiveness.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement region-specific sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximising sales performance.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and assessments to track individual and team progress, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
Training Material Development: Collaborate with the L&D Manager to create and enhance training materials, resources, and tools, keeping them up-to-date and relevant to evolving sales needs.

Experience- Previous experience in customer-facing sales roles is required.
Driver's Licence: A full valid driving licence is a must-have for this role, as you'll be out in the field supporting our BDM’s.
