# My global market leading client is looking to recruit an Engineering Team Leader in Castle Donington. They can provide an excellent working environment and extensive progression opportunities.
The Engineering Team Leader will support managerial duties and ensure a fully functional automated site. The Engineering Team Leader will have experience in leading and organizing a team of maintenance engineers and be involved in hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance.
Reactive/Planned Maintenance (Electro-mechanical)
# Control maintenance activities on site
# Engineering Team Leading and Coordination
# Undertake analysis of CMMS data to assist forward planning for CI opportunities
# People Leadership including delivery of performance reviews, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues and employee welfare and wellbeing
# Manage the day to day running of the team, including tasks such as approving holiday bookings and holding return-to-work meetings
# A recognized engineering qualification.
Ideally experienced in Automation / Manufacturing / FMCG.
Recognized apprenticeship in an engineering field would be desirable.
Proven track record in service maintenance.
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
Computer Literate, MS Office / CMMS systems.
